OVERVIEW
This CPD-approved virtual training course is designed for individuals and leaders responsible for wellbeing within their organisation. It provides the knowledge, tools, and practical guidance needed to plan, design, and deliver a robust, ISO 45003-aligned wellbeing strategy.
Participants will explore how to create a sustainable wellbeing framework, identify and address psychosocial risks, measure progress effectively, and ensure that wellbeing programmes are evidence-based, compliant, and strategically integrated into organisational culture.
GOAL
The goal of this course is to enable participants to develop a clear understanding of how to design and implement a wellbeing strategy aligned with ISO 45003 (Psychological health and safety at work — Guidelines for managing psychosocial risks).
Participants will learn how to build and maintain a healthy, resilient, and thriving workforce by integrating wellbeing into policies, risk management, and performance measurement.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- Explain the principles and structure of ISO 45003 and how they apply to workforce wellbeing.

Define the role of wellbeing within organisational policies, leadership, and culture.

Identify psychosocial hazards and assess risks that impact employee wellbeing.

Design and implement effective, evidence-based wellbeing initiatives.

Select and apply key metrics to monitor, evaluate, and report on wellbeing performance.
- Develop a tailored action plan to strengthen wellbeing strategy and compliance within their organisation.
PARTICIPANTS PRE-REQUISITES
Professionals in medical, human resources, or health and safety roles — or anyone with an interest or responsibility in organisational wellbeing — will benefit from attending. This course does not provide the ISO 45003 standard guidance document, as it is an ISO property and can be purchased separately on the ISO website.

DURATION
Two consecutive days — 4 hours per day (total 8 hours)
Delivered virtually through interactive sessions, group discussions, and practical exercises.
CERTIFICATION
Participants who complete the full training will receive a CPD-accredited Certificate of Completion.
